NordHarvest Instant Omelette was created around a simple idea: a proper, protein-rich breakfast should not require a lot of time, additional ingredients or complicated preparation. Inspired by familiar homemade omelettes, we developed a dry mix that combines egg powder with bacon, green onions and Cheddar flavour in a convenient shelf-stable format. Just add warm water, mix and cook — in a few minutes you have a hot omelette with approximately 14 g of protein per serving.
